As we all know, a picture is worth a thousand words, so as one of the moderators of the TechNet Configuration Manager (ConfigMgr) forums I often ask people to post a picture of the problem. It can be an enormous help to see the exact error message or issue that someone’s experiencing.
Unfortunately, ConfigMgr forum moderators cannot validate accounts and a validated account is what you need in order to post an image/jpg file.
Instead, what you need to do is to post your request over in Forums Issues.
It generally takes a few days, but the TechNet Administrators will validate your account and you will be able to post pictures to your TechNet posts.
