The report choices in April’s poll are: List of PCs by Share Type OR Count of CPU Socket Types. VOTE HERE!
As of today List of PCs by Share Type has 92% of the vote!
a) The List of PCs by Share Type report provides the PC name, user name, share name, share path, and share caption for a particular share type and system role. Knowing this information is helpful in tracking down rogue shares that may not be properly configured or shouldn’t exist in the first place.
In the full-feature set this report will drill through to Computer Share Details.
b) The Count of CPU Socket Types report provides a count of all CPU socket types. This information is useful for inventory purposes, and when upgrading from one CPU to multiple CPUs. Please note that CPU socket types set to “Null” are counted as “Unknown.”
In the full-feature set this report will drill through to List of PCs by CPU Socket Type, which in turn will drill through to a further report, Computer Processor Details.
All of our reports have the Role-Based Administration (RBA) feature enabled. This means that if you are using System Center 2012 R2 Configuration Manager or higher, these reports will work with all RBA clients.
