Reminder to Help Choose Enhansoft’s Next Free SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) Report for the Month of December
The report choices in November’s poll are: System Center Endpoint Protection (SCEP) Dashboard OR Microsoft Office 2013 Details.
At this moment, the System Center Endpoint Protection (SCEP) Dashboard report has 60% of the votes, so if you haven’t voted already make sure to VOTE HERE!
a) In the System Center Endpoint Protection (SCEP) Dashboard report, you’ll see that the main details about your SCEP environment are displayed in three easy to read tables, Anti-Virus Signature Version, Engine Version, and Client Version (client version is sometimes referred to as platform version).
The tables are arranged from left to right (Anti-Virus Signature Version, Engine Version, and Client Version). The reason for this arrangement is to give you information first about the most important and frequently changing SCEP details (Anti-Virus Signature) to more static details (Engine and Client) for your SCEP environment.
The latest version update appears on the top row of every table’s column. Ideally, all of your clients should have the latest version, but this will be virtually impossible for Anti-Virus Signature (AVS) as Microsoft releases AVS 3 or 4 times a day. To assist you, the Anti-Virus Signature Table uses two shades of light red to highlight clients with an out-of-date AVS of more than 14 days.
In the full-feature set you can drill through to the reports, List of PCs by SCEP Anti-Virus Signature Version, List of PCs by SCEP Client Version, and List of PCs by SCEP Engine Version.
b) The Microsoft Office 2013 Details report will show all Microsoft Office 2013 software installed on a particular PC.
In the full-feature set this report is the final drill through report from List of PCs by Office Release Type (Office 2013), List of PCs by Office Release Version (Office 2013), and List of PCs by Office SKU (Office 2013).
All of our reports have the Role-Based Administration (RBA) feature enabled. This means that if you are using System Center 2012 R2 Configuration Manager, these reports will work with all RBA clients. Don’t worry if you are not using SCCM 2012 R2 because you can still run these reports as usual.
