Count of Volumes by Capacity
This report is found within Enhansoft Reporting’s Volumes category. The reports found in this category are meant to help IT administrators ensure that adequate disk space exists for each volume.
The Count of Volumes by Capacity report provides a count of volumes by capacity for a given collection. Knowing this information is helpful when reviewing your environment (particularly servers) to ensure that there is enough disk/volume space.
From this report, you can drill through to List of Volumes by Capacity, which in turn drills through to Computer Volume Details. All of these reports are included within the full Enhansoft Reporting product. Garth Jones, our Chief Architect, uses this report set when performing annual SCCM Maintenance Tasks on his lab.

Recently Used Application Details
The Recently Used Application Details report is found within Enhansoft Reporting’s Software Inventory category. This category of dashboards and reports will provide you with details about your software inventory and help you understand what software was recently used.
The Recently Used Application Details report ties the information provided by Installed Software and Asset Intelligence (AI) together. It does this by first prompting you to select an Installed Software title. The report then asks you for the executable name (exe) and its product name.
In this report you will see the computer’s name, the top console user’s name, the Installed Software’s name, the publisher, and the version number. All of this information is tied directly to AI’s recently used applications information (product name, product version, last used by user name, last used date and time, and the number of days since it was last used). Each column allows for interactive sorting.
